btob Tenugui Japanese towel 100% cotton printed with reproduction of Goldfish print by Japanese artist Utagawa Kuniyoshi

€7,50

The tenugui is a Japanese cotton towel that is very pleasant to the touch. It can be used to dry your hands, wipe your forehead, as a headband, or simply as decoration.

Ours are decorated with famous prints by the Japanese artist Utagawa Kuniyoshi, a great master of 19th-century woodblock prints, along with Katsuchika Hokusai, better known for his Wave and Mount Fuji.

His works are steeped in Japanese folklore: tales, legends and myths come together to form frightening, intriguing or very humorous frescoes!
Moreover, all the humor and the unusual side of the artist come out in this reproduction: a family out for a walk, on a boat, dancing at a festival... a real parade of familiar scenes... but with goldfish (!)

It's an unusual, functional and very original gift for any lover of Japanese culture or unusual fashion!
